No problem! In the lower cup of each shock there's a hole. Place a large Phillips screwdriver in the hole;
turn the cup to the desired setting. The settings are numbered 1-5. Don't put it on 5, it'll shake your teeth out!
(5 is the stiffest, 1 is the softest).
That's all there is to it.
